Morphsuit 10 sign up for the 10s

Another team sign up for the 10's. Morphsuit 10 will be competing for the first time and promise to bring plenty of 'fancy dress fun' to the event.
Ali Smeaton of Morphsuits comments; ‘This is the inaugural Morphsuits 10 – a group of serious fancy dressers brought together from across the country through their love of the ridiculous... and of course, the oval ball. A mixture of youth and experience, talent and garbage, international caps and east Lothian trialists who knows what these boys will bring, though whatever it is it will involve looking stupid and a thirst’

Lasswade RFC is the most recent team to sign up for the 2011 Edinburgh 10's.
Lasswade RFC currently plays in National 1 and is looking for another promotion this season into Premier rugby. In season 2009/10 we also had a trip to Murrayfield winning the national shield final in a cracking game of rugby against Greenock Wanderers. The club fields 2 senior XV teams and are looking to build for the future with a 3rd XV or potentially a development 2nd team. We have good ties in the community with 2 feeder high schools making up a large majority of the senior players and have some ties further afield with welsh, Irish and French counterparts.
They also have a thriving micro mini and midi section, with all the players and parents involved on Saturday and Sunday with both the senior and mini sections. Lasswade have facilities that rival the best in Scotland and have had international games played at Hawthornden.
